    • Ilaia strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are not defects and will not qualify for returns or exchanges.

  2. Acceptance of Handcrafted Characteristics:

    • By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these unique characteristics as part of the artisanal process.

 

3. Pricing and Orders

  1. Pricing Errors:

    • Ilaia endeavors to ensure all prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the affected product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

    • If your order is canceled due to a pricing error after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  2. Order Confirmation:

    • Orders are subject to acceptance by Ilaia. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:

      • Limited stock availability.

      • Errors in product or pricing information.

      • Issues identified by our payment or fraud prevention systems.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery Delays:

    • Ilaia is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

  2. Delivery Address:

    • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be borne by you.

 

5. No Return Policy

  1. Final Sale:

    • All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is defective or damaged due to Ilaia's fault.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us at ilaiashp@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

 

6. Representations, Warranties, and Limitation of Liability

    • Products are sold on an "as-is" basis, and Ilaia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
