RETURN POLICY
At Ilaia, we uphold a strict no return, no exchange policy. All sales are final.
Products are only eligible for an exchange if there is a defect or damage that occurred from our end. In such cases, the customer must provide photo evidence via email to the address listed below within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please note:
- Each Ilaia piece is handcrafted, so slight imperfections are a natural part of the creation process. These should not be considered defects but cherished as unique characteristics that add to the beauty and individuality of our products. Therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
- Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors such as perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
- Products that show signs of damage, stains, wear, or have been altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.
- Any unidentified returns or packages that do not meet our criteria may be sent back to the customer.
Important Information:
- Ilaia is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit or due to third parties.
- Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly through our website, www.shopilaia.com, along with the original purchase receipt.
- We do not process exchanges for items purchased via any other channels, including social media, WhatsApp, third parties, pop-up events, or other external platforms.
